Thank you for visiting my website!  I am a first generation Nevadan, having lived in the are since the early 50's (with the Dave Hilbig - Brokerexception of my time in military service) and I really enjoy living in Northern Nevada.  The four distinct seasons, recreational activities from summer through winter, easy access to the Bay area and a wide variety of excellent and affordable restaurants make this area very desirable.  

I have been a Realtor since 1996 after having owned a small business for almost 15 years and been the Broker of the the Sparks Keller Williams office since September 2006.  I have seen many changes in real estate during this period, none so dramatic as what has happened since the 2007/2008 period.  This most challenging period for Sellers also represents enormous opportunities for Buyers , given the current interest rates and price levels.
